At Credit Gladiators, we are committed to helping clients strengthen and improve their credit profile through education, strategy, and guidance. While we work diligently to assist our clients, we cannot legally guarantee specific credit score increases, outcomes, or timelines.
A refund of up to 100% of the total fees paid may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
Disclosure Acknowledgment
Credit Gladiators must not have previously informed the client in writing that credit improvement efforts may sometimes temporarily lower a credit score.
Payment Compliance
The client must remain current on all payments with no returned or failed (NSF) payments, and all payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
Account Standing
The client must remain fully current on all payments owed to Credit Gladiators and complete the full service agreement payment plan.
Program Participation
The client must actively follow the credit improvement strategies and guidance provided in their personalized credit plan. Excessive off-program communication that reduces scheduled service time may affect results and eligibility.
Responsible Credit Usage
The client must make at least the minimum payment on time for all existing credit accounts and any newly opened accounts during the service period.
Payment History Compliance
The client must not miss or make late payments on any credit account or trade line during the active service agreement.
Strategy Implementation
The client must consistently follow at least one of the credit-building strategies recommended and documented in their improvement plan.
To request a refund, the client must submit a written refund request to Credit Gladiators.
Once the request is received, our team will review the client’s account and confirm compliance with all conditions outlined in this Refund Policy. Please allow 7–10 business days for this review process.
All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Credit Gladiators after reviewing the client’s compliance with the service agreement and this Refund Policy. All decisions regarding refunds are final.
